We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. This includes ordering the wrong size, a change of preference, or no longer needing an item. We encourage you to review our size guide and fit notes before checkout, and reach out to our customer service team if you need help finding the right fit — we're always happy to help.
We will gladly offer a store credit or exchange on full-priced items, provided your return meets the below requirements. Please note that refunds are only available for items that are faulty or incorrectly sent.
Discounted items and items purchased with a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only. This excludes the 10% new subscriber offer. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Exchanges are only available to Australian customers at this time.
Return Requirements:
Ambition The Label reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above requirements. Non-compliant items will be returned to the sender at their cost.
Ambition The Label is not liable for the loss or damage of items in return transit. We recommend retaining proof of postage, using a traceable delivery service, and returning items in secure packaging. By placing an order, you are responsible for original shipping charges, any applicable customs/import fees, and the cost of return shipping for international orders.
Exchanges are only available to Australian customers at this time. If you opt for an 'Instant Exchange' we will place your new order immediately. We recommend choosing this option to avoid disappointment as we do not reserve stock for standard exchanges. Please note, we will hold the full amount on your credit/debit card until we have received and processed the return item, for instant exchanges. Please ensure you return the item you are exchanging within 14 days of requesting the exchange to avoid being charged for that item.
Once we receive your return, we'll send a confirmation email. Store credits and exchanges are processed within 5 business days. For approved refunds (faulty or incorrect items only), please allow up to 5 business days for the amount to appear back on your original payment method.
We strive for the highest quality, but if you believe you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you receive your order with photos via email. We'll do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Return shipping and any reverse duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Once received and inspected, please allow 7–10 business days for any approved refund to be processed to your original payment method.
